Parachuter jumps off FNB building in Pittsburgh

According to KDKA Radio’s Colin Dunlap, a base jumper parachuted off a building in Downtown Pittsburgh early Friday.

Dunlap says it happened between 6 and 7 a.m. at the new FNB Building near PPG Paints Arena.

The person jumped off the building and landed near the old Civic Arena site.

This is the second time in the past year that someone with a parachute jumped off a building in Pittsburgh.

Last April, two people BASE jumped off of PPG Place.
