HARRISBURG, DAUPHIN CO. (WOLF) — Gas prices across Pennsylvania continued their steady rise Saturday, March 21, extending a streak of more than three weeks of increases as global oil concerns push costs higher.

According to AAA, the average price for a gallon of regular gasoline in Pennsylvania is now about $3.85 per gallon, up from roughly $3.82 on March 20, marking continued upward pressure statewide.

The increase marks the 23rd consecutive day of rising gas prices across the Commonwealth.

The national average has also climbed, reaching approximately $3.92 per gallon, as global energy markets remain volatile.

Californians are paying the most per gallon at $5.53, while Kansas residents currently enjoy the cheapest gas prices in the country at $3.15. Current gas prices are the highest seen since October 2023, as the ongoing conflict in the Middle East continues to impact oil prices.
