Miss Pennsylvania 2025 Victoria Vespico paid a visit Monday to the Agency for Community EmPOWERment of NEPA’s Scranton Pre-K facility. Vespico, a native of Shavertown in Kingston Twp., engaged with students through a variety of interactive and inspiring activities, including a fun walk and pose session, reading from one of her published books and showcasing a special talent performance. She also visited with each classroom and took photos with students and staff. ACE is human services agency dedicated to administering community-based programs that meet the diverse needs of individuals and families throughout the region. Its largest initiative is the Early Learning Program, which provides high-quality early childhood education through Head Start, Early Head Start and Pre-K Counts services. The William Street site in Scranton serves local families with five Head Start classrooms and two Early Head Start classrooms. “We are thrilled to welcome Miss Pennsylvania 2025 to our Scranton Pre-K facility,” said Jim Wansacz, ACE executive director. “This visit is a wonderful opportunity for our children to experience creativity, confidence and joy in a meaningful and memorable way.”
