PennDOT prioritizes roadway safety regardless the time of year. PennDOT is currently looking for the public to provide feedback on how winter services went this year though this digital survey. The survey will be available from now until April 14.
Those who complete the survey can give responses based on if there are safe and passable roadways, adequate snow removal measures, and an overall rating of the winter services available through PennDOT.
“I’m incredibly proud of how the PennDOT team met the mission across Pennsylvania this season, working around the clock to keep people and goods moving,” said PennDOT Secretary Mike Carroll. “The public’s input through this annual survey helps us review perceptions and knowledge of our operations, while we also look for public information opportunities.”
