On Monday, the Philadelphia Phillies lost to the Tampa Bay Rays by a score of 7-0 in their last spring training game.
They will now head home to get ready for their Opening Day showdown with the Texas Rangers on Thursday.

Recently, Marcus Hayes of The Philadelphia Inquirer (h/t MLB Rumors), reported that Garrett Stubbs is on the trading block.
Ty Daubert of Phillies Nation wrote (on March 22): “Rafael Marchán has made the team, Dave Dombrowski said.
Phillies will look around for a trade for Garrett Stubbs. If nothing materializes by Wednesday, they’ll DFA him”

Stubbs is coming off a season where he only appeared in five games.
The 32-year-old has spent the past four years in Philadelphia.
Matt Gelb of The Athletic wrote (on November 21): “Phillies have agreed to a split contract with catcher Garrett Stubbs ahead of today’s 5 p.m. tender deadline. He’ll make $925k in majors and $575k in minors, per source. Stubbs is out of minor-league options, but Phillies chose to retain some catching depth.”

Stubbs was picked in the eighth round of the 2015 MLB Draft.
Over seven seasons, he has also spent time with the Houston Astros.
He is batting .215 with seven home runs, 45 RBI’s and 65 runs in 197 games.
@TheDeeVoShow of The Red Corner wrote (on March 21): “I would have given Garrett Stubbs the backup job this year. Truly would have. Solely based on athleticism and clubhouse presence. Understand Marchan is the better defender. Not enough.”
