PITTSBURGH, PA — Roots Natural Kitchen will open its sixth Pittsburgh-area location this weekend.
The restaurant chain will open on Summit Park Drive in North Fayette on Saturday. The North Fayette opening follows Roots Natural Kitchen’s South Fayette debut in January 2026, marking Roots’ second Greater Pittsburgh opening this year.
Founded in 2015, Roots Natural Kitchen is a fast-casual restaurant making natural food radically accessible with its taste-forward take on salads and grain bowls. The chain has more than 20 locations in Virginia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Ohio.
To celebrate the grand opening, Roots will host a scavenger hunt with a chance to win free Roots for a year and have sweatshirts and T-shirts for customers on Saturday.
