Pennsylvania county commissioner faces drug charges

Right now, in Lehigh County, a Pennsylvania county commissioner is facing drug charges as part of allegations that he sold cocaine from his office and at home. The Lehigh County District Attorney says County Commissioner Zachary Cole Borghi sold the drugs from November 2023 through August 2025.Prosecutors allege one of those transactions happened during a board of commissioners meeting. Borghi faces 104 charges.

LEHIGH COUNTY, Pa. —

Right now, in Lehigh County, a Pennsylvania county commissioner is facing drug charges as part of allegations that he sold cocaine from his office and at home.

The Lehigh County District Attorney says County Commissioner Zachary Cole Borghi sold the drugs from November 2023 through August 2025.

Prosecutors allege one of those transactions happened during a board of commissioners meeting.

Borghi faces 104 charges.
