A 27-year-old Pennsylvania man was arrested in Hall County on Sunday for alleged child molestation that occurred in 2017.
The Gainesville Police Department (GPD) confirmed to AccessWDUN the incident took place between family members, and the warrant was served to Gerson Agustin-Gonzalez in 2023.
The warrant says Agustin-Gonzalez — a Littlestown, Pennsylvania resident — performed an “immoral and indecent act” to a child under the age of 16. Agustin-Gonzalez is also on an immigration hold.
