AAA East Central will host its second Erie Vacation Expo on Saturday, March 28, offering travelers a one‑stop opportunity to explore destinations, meet with industry experts and secure show‑only discounts. The free event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Bayfront Convention Center.
Nearly 40 vendors — including cruise lines, resort brands and rail companies — will be on hand with information on trips ranging from Caribbean getaways to Alaskan cruises and European river journeys. AAA Travel Advisors will also provide on‑site planning help.
“The excitement for travel has never been higher,” said Jim Garrity, director of public affairs for AAA East Central. “This expo brings together savings, expert advice and engaging presentations all in one place.”
Warm‑weather destinations will be a major draw, with representatives from Sandals, Beaches and Member First offering details on weddings, honeymoons and family vacations. Cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean, Holland America and Viking will highlight new ships and itineraries, while Rocky Mountaineer and other rail companies will promote scenic train excursions.
Attendees will also find travel gear at the AAA Travel Store and can qualify for free luggage with same‑day bookings. Prize giveaways include Delta Air Lines tickets, a $1,000 AAA Member Choice Vacations voucher and airport parking certificates.
The expo is open to both AAA members and non‑members. Admission is free.
