Blaise Desanto threw a perfect game masterpiece at Lower Moreland on Thursday, retiring 13 of 21 batters via strikeout as PJP improved to 2-0 on the young season. He needed just 77 pitches to mow down the opposing lineup and also helped himself with a 2-for-4 day at the plate. Hunter Mishock, Tyler Tindall and Carson Glose all had multiple hits and RBI for PJP and Sam Buckley collected three hits and scored four runs.
Upper Perkiomen 15, Pottsgrove 0 (3 innings)
Zane Saeger, Lincoln Fijalkowski and Jack Rieg all produced multiple hits and RBI to keep red-hot Upper Perkiomen unbeaten in Thursday’s abbreviated outing. Topher Burns and Nathan Schramm also plated multiple runs in the rout, and Grayson Sabo pitched three shutout frames with five K’s to pick up the win for the Indians (5-0, 2-0 PAC). The Falcons fell to 1-3 and 1-1 following the defeat.
Owen J. Roberts 6, Boyertown 2
Adam Stahl, AJ Murray and Owen Waltimyer all slugged home runs, with Stahl and Waltimyer both plating multiple runs and contributing out of the bullpen in the process to help OJR stay unbeaten on Thursday. Shane O’Connor pitched the first four innings to pick up the win, allowing no runs, four hits and two walks while striking out nine for the Wildcats (3-0, 2-0 PAC).
Cole Neiswender popped a solo homer in the loss for Boyertown (2-1, 1-1).
Perkiomen Valley 11, Phoenixville 2
Trevor Peterman went 3-for-5 with a three-run home run and five RBI and Eli Paradise and Dan Gormont both knocked in multiple runs to help Perk Valley snap a three-game losing streak. Colin Roeser drew the start for the Vikings (2-3, 1-1 PAC) and struck out 10 over five strong innings, followed by two scoreless innings of relief from Jason King.
Giovanni Vito and Declan O’Connor knocked in the two Phoenixville (1-2, 0-2) runs, and Anthony Spagna went 1-for-3 and pitched three no-hit innings out of the pen.
Upper Moreland 10, Methacton 0 (6 innings)
Jonathan Dzedzy went 3-for-3 with a stolen base but Methacton had trouble mustering up offense from anywhere else in the order as the Warriors fell to 1-2 overall.

Owen J. Roberts 10, Methacton 0 (5 innings)
Audrey Vermillion was 3-for-3 with a home run, two runs scored and two RBI as OJR showcased its offensive depth in its fourth straight victory to open the season.

The Wildcats (4-0, 1-0 PAC), who have hit a home run in three straight games, also received multiple hits and RBI via Addyson Cashman, and Maddie Reed went 2-for-3 with a triple and two runs scored while striking out nine across five shutout innings. Methacton slipped to 2-2 and 0-1.
Pope John Paul II 11, Phoenixville 1 (5 innings)
In a battle of two unbeaten teams coming into the contest, PJP gained the upper hand behind an 11-run, 11-hit effort from the team’s offense. Alyssa Satalin hit a home run and Rylee Derecola, Charlie Hallman, Alexis Henderson and Harper Haddle all collected two hits and knocked in a run for the Golden Panthers (2-0, 1-0 PAC). Lexi DiBricida allowed one run in five innings, striking out six.
Olivia Stec knocked in the lone run for Phoenixville (3-1, 0-1).
Exeter Township 7, Boyertown 0
Host Exeter Township limited Boyertown to five hits, four of them singles, as starting pitcher Ryen Turner tossed a complete game shutout with two strikeouts. The Bears dropped to 0-3 overall.
