Firearm found: At 8:59 a.m., a subject on the 2200 block of Wilmington West Chester Pike turned in a found Beretta pistol.

March 16

Disorderly conduct: Troopers stopped a 2000 Chevrolet Suburban on West Eighth and Kerlin street shortly 2 a.m. and took a 20-year-old woman from Chester into custody on an active warrant. She attempted to resist and caused a disturbance.

March 15

DUI: Just before midnight, troopers stopped a 2016 Dodge on the 1400 block of Highland Avenue in Chester. The 35-year-old operator, a Yeadon man, was charged with driving under the influence.

March 14

DUI: At 11:42 p.m. troopers stopped a silver 2017 Honda Civic on Interstate 95 south in Tinicum. The driver, a 25-year-old Prospect Park woman, was charged with driving under the influence.

March 13

Multi-vehicle crash: One person was transported to Riddle Hospital after a six-vehicle crash on interstate 95 north in Chester about 5:20 p.m.

March 10

Assault: At 5:15 p.m., troopers responded to a reported fight at Penncrest High School. None of the parties were on hand when troopers arrived, however it was learned a juvenile and his friend, both from Philadelphia, went to the school and waited outside. After some time they entered the school and located a 15-year-old victim, punching her and cutting her lip. The attackers, who do not attend the school, fled.

March 8

DUI: At 12:23 a.m. a 2025 BMW M4 was stopped on Campus Boulevard in Newtown Township. The driver, a 21-year-old Newtown Square man, was found to be impaired by alcohol.

Theft: A 20-year-old resident of Alexandra Court in Thornbury Township was scammed out of $164 from an online scam offering a free Fender Stratocaster guitar.

Harassment: At 10:58 p.m., a minor accident occurred on Naamans Creek Road in Concord Township that resulted in a dispute. The victim reported the other person had a weapon.

March 7

Assault: At 2 a.m. troopers responded to the Residence Inn Hotel on Fellowship Drive in Concord for a female yelling. Staff asked the woman to leave the premises, which she refused. The 43-year-old from Blue Bell was taken into custody. She bit a trooper on the hand.

DUI: At 2:29 a.m. A 30-year-old Wilmington man was charged with driving under the influence after a black Chevrolet pickup struck another vehicle on Interstate 95 south in Ridley. The vehicle was located on Baltimore Pike in Media with significant damage. A canvas of the area showed a white male, identified as Worrell, running away from the scene. He admitted to drinking and driving.

DUI: At 8 a.m. a multivehicle accident occurred on Interstate 95 north in Tinicum. One driver fled the scene without assisting the victim or exchanging his information, troopers said.

March 6

Drugs: At 12:40 a.m. troopers stopped a Chrysler on Interstate 95 north in Tinicum. The driver, a 21-year-old Philadelphia man, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, and illegal drug possession.

March 5

Theft: At 10:49 a.m. crews reported the theft of approximately 2.000 feet of Verizon copper wire stolen between Cheyney Road and Derry Drive in Thornbury Township. The wire was valued at approximately $92,000. Troopers were looking for suspicious vehicles including a gold or tan Ford Explorer and a blue Oldsmobile Bravada.

March 4

DUI: About 10 a.m. troopers stopped a 2018 Chrysler on Interstate 95 south in Chester. The driver, a 50-year-old male from Philadelphia, was found to be under the influence of marijuana.

Criminal mischief: At 12:42 p.m., a road rage report was received in the area northbound on Interstate 95 in Upland involving a 2013 white Cadillac SRX. A 2022 Acura was vandalized.

March 2

Violation: At 8:23 a.m., troopers responded to Hickory Lane in Chadds Ford for a violation of a protection-from-abuse order. The 81-year-old victim related the suspect used an online ad to have a unknowing third party transport the victim to a fake court hearing using a false subpoena. The suspect was later arrested.

Forgery: At 10:24 a.m. troopers received a report of a fraud/forgery at a residence on Barren Road in Middletown. An individual claimed to be a member of TD Bank and tried to get access to bank information.

Drugs: At 6:36 p.m. a vehicle was stopped on the 700 block of Baltimore Pike in Concord. The operator was arrested for driving under the influence and being in possession of controlled substances.

DUI: At 2:37 a.m. troopers stopped a 2017 Chevrolet Impala on Interstate 95 south in Ridley. The 30-year-old male operator from West Deptford was determined to be under the influence.

Feb. 28

DUI: At 2:29 a.m. troopers stopped an orange 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander on Interstate 95 north in Tinicum. A 51-year-old man from Claymont was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

Threats: At 10:43 a.m., troopers responded to Segal Drive in Middletown for an active domestic. Multiple threats were made.

Feb. 27

Retail theft: At 11:19 a.m., Target in Concord reported a retail theft. A 35-year-old Chadds Ford man was charged with the theft of a vacuum, speaker and hygiene products valued at over $400.

Burglary: At 7:09 p.m., a home on Franklin Drive in Concord was reported burglarized. A credit card was taken. There were no signs of forced entry.

Drugs: At 12:17 a.m. a blue 2015 Chevrolet Impala was stopped on Industrial Highway in Tinicum. The operator was arrested for possession of illegal substances.

Feb. 20

Retail theft: At 1:13 p.m. Wegmans in Concord reported a subject took $282 in groceries and left in a white 2024 Toyota Tacoma. The vehicle was stopped and a 35-year-old Garnet Valley man was charged.

Feb. 19

DUI: At 7:43 p.m. a disabled vehicle was reported on the Conchester Highway at Station Road in Concord. The 22-year-old male driver from Pennsauken was found to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Feb. 17

Road rage: At 5:30 a.m. troopers responded to Interstate 476 in Marple for a threat. A motorist displayed a pistol after a road rage incident. A description of the vehicle was given and Tinicum police stopped the vehicle. Following consent to search, a black handgun was found on the seat and the subject charged.

Retail theft: At 7:25 p.m., Lululemon in Concord reported $1,653 in merchandise was taken in a retail theft.

Prowling: About 9:15 p.m., a resident on the unit block of North Pennell Road in Middletown reported a burglary in progress. It was determined a 30-year-old man from Glen Mills had been loitering and prowling around the house.

Feb. 16

Hit and run: At 9:46 a.m., a pedestrian was sideswiped but not injured on Naaman’s Creek Road in Concord. A 55-year-old Garnet Valley man was charged.

Feb. 15

Theft of vehicle: At 10:07 a.m., a Chester man was arrested for theft after a subject reported their jacket taken from Riddle Hospital.

Warrant: At 9:31 p.m., a disabled motorist on Interstate 95 north in Tinicum was arrested on an active warrant.

Theft: A $400 Apple 13 iPhone Pro was taken from a Jeep on Homestead Lane in Concord.

DUI: At 9:55 p.m., a 2016 Jeep crashed on Interstate 95 south in Chester. A 32-year-old woman from the Brookhaven postal zone was treated by EMS. She told troopers the vehicle skidded on black ice, however none was observed. She showed signs of impairment.

Feb. 11

Theft: At 3:56 p.m. troopers responded to Arbor Circle in Middletown for $37,550 that was withdrawn from a 68-year-old victims bank accounts without her permission.

Feb. 6

Hit and run: At 8:29 a.m. an accident on Interstate 476 south in Ridley resulted in a vehicle fleeing the scene. The 24-year-old operator was located in Folcroft and taken into custody by borough police. The vehicle was found to be stolen.

DUI: At 7:29 p.m. troopers stopped a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu on the Conchester Highway in Bethel. A 23-year-old Chester man was taken into custody for driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Feb. 2

Criminal mischief: A 28-year-old Drexel Hill man was charged after troopers responded to the Exxon gas station at 2355 Market St. in Upper Chichester for a crash. While on the scene, the subject made suicidal threats and was placed into custody for a 302 commitment. While being placed in the vehicle he resisted, damaging ankle shackles and a patrol vehicle.

Retail theft: At 4:31 p.m., troopers responded to Lululemon for the theft of $2,061 in merchandise. Tyler Noonan, 27, of Newark was arrested.

Jan. 28

DUI: At 7:27 p.m., a crash on Baltimore Pike in Middletown resulted in the arrest of a 28-year-old woman from Drexel Hill.

Jan. 26

Terroristic threats: At 10:57 p.m. charges were filed against a subject for terroristic threats at Blantyre Circle against a 42-year-old Thornton woman and her child.

Jan.17

Fleeing: At 5:47 p.m., troopers initiated a traffic stop of a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu on Baltimore Pike at Valleybrook Road in Chester Heights. The vehicles was swerving and traveling at 25 mph in a 45 mph zone obstructing traffic. The vehicle failed to stop and a low-speed pursuit ensued. A PIT maneuver stopped the vehicle and Roseline Flomo, 57, Philadelphia was taken into custody.
