LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — State police are currently investigating a reported bomb threat that has shut down the Strasburg Rail Road and surrounding areas.
Pennsylvania State Police confirmed the public is urged to avoid the 300 block of Gap Road in Strasburg Township, as roadways have been shut down.
“The Strasburg Rail Road is closed until further notice,” PSP Trooper James Grothey confirmed.
“Due to situations beyond our control, we will be closed to the public today,” the Strasburg Rail Road announced on Facebook. The station department will contact anyone with booked tickets for Friday.
