Little ghouls and goblins took over downtown Clarks Summit

Children in costumes packed Clarks Summit along State Street for Halloween stories and treats.

CLARKS SUMMIT, Pa. — On Saturday in Lackawanna County,  little ghouls and goblins took over downtown Clarks Summit.

State Street was crowded with kiddos listening to witch stories.

More than 30 local businesses handed out candy. There was also a costume competition at the Depot Street Pocket Park in Clarks Summit.
