READING, Pa. – The streets of Reading were glowing on Saturday night for the Glow Fest Block Party.
Vendors and tents lined the streets, selling food, crafts, art and more.
Organizers partnered with Nemesis Fitness for the Glow Run too.
It was the third and last Glow Fest event of the season.
