Between September 2023 and September 2024, he collected at least eight checks totaling approximately $82,000 that were intended to pay for the repair of storm and water damage to his clients’ properties. However, ‘not one red cent’ of that money reached the victims, including an elderly Montgomery County woman who was owed $33,000 for a home leak repair, an elderly Trenton client who was never paid $18,000 on a property damage claim, a Bensalem Township man defrauded of $14,000 in storm damage claims, and a Hamilton, New Jersey woman who did not receive over $17,000.
Breitenbach allegedly committed the crimes between September 2023 and September 2024.He was charged in March 2026.
