The crash killing 50-year-old John Sweeney from Bristol Township and injuring his son.
A video taken by another driver of the car going the wrong direction was shocking and raised many questions including how and why.
At the time, police were asking anyone with footage of the wreck or of the woman driving before the accident happened to send it their way.
They could not comment on questions about speed or anything else that may have been a factor, as it is part of the investigation.
