ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Lehigh County commissioner accused of dealing cocaine and other drugs is due in court Tuesday.

Zachary Cole-Borghi will have a preliminary hearing as he faces more than 100 felony charges.

The charges stem from a major drug bust last year, where 41 people were charged.

Among the accusations, he is accused of setting up a drug deal in the middle of a County Commissioner’s meeting.

Cole-Borghi’s hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. Tuesday.
