BETHLEHEM — The Bethlehem Land Trust has announced a special Earth Day Celebration on Saturday, April 18, bringing the community together for an afternoon dedicated to local conservation, open space, and the natural beauty that defines Bethlehem. The celebration will feature wine, beer, and a selection of hors d’oeuvres, along with a lively auction to support the Land Trust’s ongoing work preserving the town’s woodlands, farms, wetlands, and wildlife habitats.
Guests will have the opportunity to connect with neighbors, learn about current conservation projects, and contribute directly to protecting Bethlehem’s natural heritage. Some of the items up for auction include a one week stay at a cottage in Tipperary, Ireland, a Craftsman Snow thrower, hand crafted furniture made from the Auncient Oak, a tumbling composter and many other items.
“Earth Day is a reminder of how important it is to safeguard the landscapes that make our town so special,” said the Bethlehem Land Trust Board. “This event is both a celebration and an invitation—an opportunity for the community to join us in ensuring these lands remain protected for generations to come.”
