Outdoor FREE Erie Fun This April
Spring is a great time to explore Presque Isle. Get outside for scenic walks, fresh lake air, and beautiful views as Erie starts to bloom.
April is perfect for a visit to Asbury Woods. Explore the trails, look for signs of spring, and stop by the indoor Nature Center, which is free to visit during open hours.

Indoor FREE Erie Fun
Spend an hour or two at TREC, located at the entrance to Presque Isle. This free center is a great place to learn about the history and ecology of Presque Isle through interactive exhibits and visit a four-story indoor observation tower. It’s a great mix of education and entertainment for all ages.
If April weather isn’t cooperating, Millcreek Mall is an easy indoor option. Young kids can enjoy the free indoor playground, and it’s a good spot to walk around for a change of scenery.
