A Tennessee man is in Berks County Jail on sex assault charges after police said he filmed himself engaging in sex acts with a 13-year-old Robesonia girl in a local motel room.
Dorian Willhite, 36, of Vanleer was jailed in lieu of $250,000 bail following arraignment Wednesday night before District Judge Michael D. Kaufman in Reading Central Court.
Willhite was extradited from Tennessee and transported to Pennsylvania by Berks County deputy sheriffs, according to the sheriff’s office.
He faces unlawful contact with a minor, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 16 years old, photographing and filming sex acts involving a minor and related counts.

In early February, the girl’s parents came to South Heidelberg Township police, who cover Robesonia, after discovering she was having sex with an adult male.
The parents told Detective Robert Heiden that the girl had been acting differently for about three months.
A few days before they came in, the girl’s mother went into her daughter’s room to check on her, but found her asleep. The mother picked up the smartphone she had bought for daughter and left the room with the device.
She started looking through media on the phone and discovered photos, video and text message that showed the girl having sex with a man.
She discovered through a TikTok exchange between the man and her daughter that his first name is Dorian. She deduced his last name from the signature on a photograph of a letter she believed was written by the man’s wife.
The mother said her daughter went missing for a few hours in early January. The girl said she was going to play basketball at a playground, but her parents were unable to find her there. When she came home, she would not say where she was.
Through open-source intelligence, Heiden learned that Willhite resided in Dickson County, Tennessee, and is 13 years older than the girl.
The photos and a video on the girl’s phone showed distinct aspects of the motel room where the sex acts took place. Heiden obtained records from the motel that showed Willhite was a registered guest for part of the first and third weeks of January.
