This year’s artwork had the typical anti-littering message, but with a patriotic twist.

Shannon Reiter, executive director of Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful, said the Litter Hawk program teaches students to do the right thing even when nobody is watching.
The artwork will stay on display at the Capitol all this month, and will be featured at welcome centers and services plazas throughout the year.
