A Westmoreland County man is accused of chasing a water authority employee down the street with a gun after the worker came to shut off his service, according to the North Huntingdon Township Police Department.Mykola Prut allegedly threatened to shoot the employee and then chased him down the street.”I’ve never seen that many cops.
