The Erie SeaWolves, the Double-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers, announced their 2026 break camp roster. Erie opens the season with a pair of Top 30 Tigers prospects, according to MLB Pipeline. John Peck is ranked as Detroit’s 15th-best prospect, while Izaac Pacheco is ranked 22nd in the Tigers’ system.
Peck had a strong campaign with West Michigan before his promotion to Erie last season. Pacheco reaches Double-A for the first time in 2026 after being named the Midwest League’s Most Valuable Player in 2025.
A mix of returners and newcomers will also join the prospects on the field this year.

The SeaWolves will kick off the season tonight April 3 at 6:05 p.m. facing the Richmond Flying Squirrels. Right before the first pitch the 2025 Southwest Division Championship banner will be raised to kick off the game.
