A Lehigh County commissioner who’s facing drug charges is currently out from behind bars.
Court documents show that Zach Cole-Borghi posted 50,000 dollars bail on Tuesday.
He was first arrested last summer and charged with marijuana possession as part of an investigation into a multi-state drug ring involving more than 40 other defendants.
But last month, Cole-Borghi was hit with more than 100 new counts involving cocaine and psychedelic mushrooms.
His preliminary hearing on those charges has been postponed to a later date.
