MANCHESTER, N.H. —
A woman from Bethlehem was welcomed home Wednesday after solo-rowing 3,200 miles across the Atlantic Ocean as part of the Atlantic Dash.
Renee Blacken began the journey in January, rowing from the Canary Islands to Antigua.
After 65 days, 2 hours and 51 minutes, she made history as the first woman to complete the feat alone.

Community members gathered for a parade to celebrate Blacken and her accomplishment.
She completed the row in support of Outdoor Adventuring for Good, a nonprofit that raises money for trauma recovery programs.
