A fight led to shots being fired in Pittsburgh’s Brighton Heights neighborhood Thursday. Authorities were called to the 3300 block of Fleming Avenue after ShotSpotter Alert captured 16 rounds being fired. At the location, authorities found a man who had been shot in the leg. Authorities believe a fight broke out between the man and another person prior to the shots being fired. The suspect, who has not been identified, fled the scene but was taken into custody a short time later.The person who was shot was taken to a hospital where he is stable.An investigation by Violent Crime Unit detectives is active and ongoing.
