READING, Pa. – Tonight, a family is pleading for help to find their missing son who was last seen in Reading.
23-year-old Michael Petrino was last seen in Reading on March 25.
Police he moved to the city from Lebanon County about two months ago.
We’re told he got a new apartment and a new job but never showed up for his first day.
Officials say his car was found in the 1200 block of Muhlenberg Street, which police say they’re analyzing.
His family says his disappearance is very unusual.
“It’s just no like our son. He checks in regularly – Facetime, texting, calling. And for him not to even call me on my birthday was very unsettling,” said Shanni Petrino, mother.
Petrino is 5’7″ and was last seen wearing a grey Nike hoodie, black sweatpants and black Crocs.
