BERKS CO., Pa. – Service Electric is revealing more about a TV and internet outage that’s affecting customers in Berks County.
The company says a software issue in the Wi-Fi system is to blame.
They say the problem slowed or interrupted service for some customers and repairs are in progress.
Multiple customers tell 69 News TV and internet service has been down for the past few days.
According to the Service Electric website, there is not a confirmed timeline for full restoration.
