BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Saquon Barkley’s mom is now a business owner right here in Bethlehem.
Saturday was the grand opening on Mama B’s Resell Boutique at 416 East 4th Street in Bethlehem.
69 News asked her what inspired the desire to open a thrift boutique.
“I love bargains, I love deals, I love clearance. And also we’re hoarders. We always gave clothing away, always gave to Salvation Army, Good Will… giving clothes away. I was like ‘You know what, ‘How about we just do something else?'” Tonya Johnson said.
Johnson says when they originally lived in Bethlehem they thought the area would be a good fit for a shop.
