Pennsylvanians are invited to visit the Drake Well Museum and Park for a new and unique exhibit this spring and summer. On April 18 a component of the 2023 international exhibit, Seeing Double: Pennsylvania’s Industrial Revolution will be presented in 3D.
Seeing Double is a series of exhibits will display Pennsylvania’s industrial history with stereo photography, making the displays appear in three-dimensional images.
The Drake Well Museum will have a portion of the exhibit to focus on the petroleum industry. The exhibit will be included in general admission and glasses to view the exhibit will be provided.
In the lobby of the Drake Well Museum the original creator of Seeing Double will give a special webinar at 2 p.m. on opening day. Those unable to attend in person can attend via Zoom here.
Other components of this exhibit will be presented at three other museums within the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC).
