BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Foodies are flocking to a new restaurant in Northampton County.
Grandma Fried Chicken Pica Pollo, a fast-casual eatery specializing in Dominican-style fried chicken, opened in early April at 306 Brodhead Ave. in Bethlehem.

The restaurant is located at the southwest corner of Brodhead Avenue and West Third Street, across from Comfort Suites.
Guests can enjoy various fried chicken combinations ($7.49-$28.49), including two-, three-, five-, eight or 15-piece with fries or tostones.
The restaurant, with seating for around 24 customers, also offers crispy chicken wing and crispy chicken tender combinations with fries or tostones.
Other menu highlights include chicharron, empanadas and mofongo.

In south Bethlehem, Grandma Chicken Pica Pollo occupies a renovated space that was previously home to Couchpota.doh! Kitchen, whose owners are continuing operations via a mobile unit, Steak & Onions by Couchpota.doh!
