A 64-year-old Archbald man faces a felony charge of aggravated indecent assault of the first degree following an investigation by the Wayne County district attorney’s office.
County detectives in June received a complaint from a victim who stated Erwin Harry Heck sexually assaulted her more than 30 years ago when she was 10 years old, authorities said in a news release.
Heck was dating the victim’s mother during the time period when he sexually assaulted her in Clinton Twp., detectives said.
A preliminary hearing for Heck is scheduled for Wednesday at 9 a.m.
