(WHTM) — A Pennsylvania man pleaded guilty to making death threats against President Donald Trump and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, the Department of Justice said.

Shawn Moper, 33, of Butler, pleaded guilty to two counts of threatening to assault and murder United States officials and federal law enforcement officers with the intent to impede, intimidate, interfere with and retaliate against the officials and agents while they were engaged in, and on account of, the performance of official duties, the DOJ said.

Threats were posted by Moper on YouTube earlier this year under the name “Mr. Satan,” which investigators were able to trace back to his home, the DOJ said.

“I have bought several guns and have been stocking up on ammo since Trump got in office,” “Eventually im going to do a mass shooting,” and “I have been buying 1 gun a month since the election, body armor and ammo,” were some threats that Moper made, according to the DOJ.

Speaking about ICE, the DOJ said Moper also threatened that “ICE are terrorist people, we need to start killing them.”

The DOJ said Moper was arrested April 9 last year. Prosecutors didn’t mention finding weapons in his home.

Moper’s sentencing is scheduled for August 12, and he faces a maximum of 10 years for each count he pleaded guilty to and a fine of up to $250,000.
