A reported police pursuit ended with a violent crash early Monday morning in Philadelphia’s Chinatown section.
It happened around 1:45 a.m. at 10th and Vine Streets.
Authorities tell Action News it started when Port Authority police began following an alleged stolen vehicle.
The driver eventually lost control and hit a private ambulance, before slamming into a townhome construction site.
Three people were inside the ambulance at the time, including a patient.
They were all taken to the hospital with injuries.
Four suspects are believed to have escaped from the stolen vehicle and run away.
So far, no reports of any arrests.
