In partnership with Nike the Pittsburgh Pirates will be sporting the 2026 City Connect uniforms which will be worn on April 17 for the first time.
These uniforms will be worn every Friday home game within the 2026 season. The uniform encapsulates all that comes with Pittsburgh sports culture with the classic black and gold colors and visual aspects that highlight the city.
The base of the font design mirrors the “sister bridges” in Pittsburgh included the Roberto Clemente Bridge which connects the North Shore to the city.
This new uniform will include two New Era hats with the primary hat sporting a gold base with a black brim, the second with a black base and a gold brim. The Jolly Roger logo will continue to reflect the Pirates’ spirit.
