The Pennsylvania House of Representatives passed the governor’s $53.3 billion recommended budget Tuesday afternoon, 107-92, moving the state budget battle to the Senate.

Republican leadership in the Senate, where the GOP holds the majority, said the budget will not pass in its current form.
