OBITUARY
James J. Pizzuti, beloved pilgrim, completed his earthly journey and passed to eternal life January 30, 2026, in Titusville, FL.
He was born in Scranton, only son and youngest child of the late James and Angelina Luongo Pizzuti. His best girl and wife of 62 years is Peggy Flyte Pizzuti.
He loved God, family and country. Jim enjoyed fishing, hiking and all nature. He considered his greatest accomplishment was raising his amazing sons.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons Mark and wife Sandy, Mike and Grady; granddaughter Mariana and several nieces and nephews. Jim was preceded in death by his five sisters.
Jim’s life was a testament to his faith and family. To honor his memory, do an act of kindness today.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, April 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Catherine of Siena Church, 220 Church Street, Moscow, PA.
Friends will be received Monday from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. in Duffy & Snowdon Funeral Home, 401 Church Street, Moscow, PA.
Interment will be conducted privately.
