SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A big change is coming to a key corner of Downtown Scranton: Lackawanna College has finalized the sale and lease agreements for 401 Adams Avenue, clearing the way for a redevelopment project with 401 Adams LLC.
The project will expand the college’s health science programs, with new space for fields like nursing, sonography, surgical technology, and physical therapist assistant.

The entire project is expected to be finished later this year.
