Over the past few years, the neighborhood has experienced several shootings at rental properties. “The North Side has been affected, and the NFL draft is going to be on the North Side. The two shootings that occurred where there were injuries and even two deaths happened on the North Side,” said Candace Cain of the Fineview Community Organization. Airbnb stated it has a 24/7 hotline available for neighbors and hosts to address any issues.
