A Philadelphia man was arrested after being found driving a stolen Buick in East Lansdowne.
Borough police said charged Steven L. Marsh, 48, was charged with receiving stolen property, driving without a license and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

In an information release, police said that Thursday about 1:20 a.m., officers Bhavin Patel and Stephen Mengini were on patrol in the 1000 Block of Baltimore Avenue when they spotted a stolen Buick Envista.
Police conducted a felony vehicle stop, confirmed the vehicle was reported stolen and took Marsh into custody.
Marsh was arraigned before District Judge James Merkins who set bail at 10% of $10,000, which Marsh was able to post the following day. Marsh is scheduled to appear before District Judge Christopher R. Mattox on May 1 for a preliminary hearing.
