The Emerging Erie Fund has released the Request for Proposals (RFP) for its annual grant. This grant invites local non-profits to utilize funding that will both support people and place.
Applications are open from now until May 29 for a single $100,000 grant that will be awarded to an Erie County based nonprofit.
Nonprofits will be selected by July 31, and the recipient will be publicly announced on Sept. 9, 2026. Those applying should consider how this grant would help their organization, its neighborhoods, and the people in their community when filling out an application.
This grant comes from the continuous efforts made by Emerging Erie for grantmaking efforts. In 2021 it begam with $15,000 grants, now it is up to its first $100,000 grant.
