Mr Dantuluri said: “We’ve had a really nice response from the community so far.
“It’s been great seeing regulars come back, and we’ve also had some lovely reviews on Google.”
The food truck is inspired by the busy streets of India, and aims to bring some of that spice, sound and soul to the UK.
Mr Dantuluri said: “I come from a design background, but food has always been a big part of my life.

“Starting GARAM was about building something of my own and bringing authentic Indian street food into a quick, grab-and-go format here.
“Garam means hot in Hindi, and that’s exactly what we aim to serve.”
Originally based in Coley Park, Mr Dantuluri relocated the business to the town centre in late summer 2025.
GARAM is open from 12.30pm to 9pm, Monday to Saturday, with menu items priced between £6.95 and £10.
