Midnight Pasta, led by Natalia Lepore Hagan, has been hosting a weekly pasta party at Building 39 in the Frankford Arsenal in Philadelphia. During the event, guests roll up their sleeves to make their own pasta and then share a five-course dinner featuring their creations.
Midnight Pasta blends a lively, party-like atmosphere with music, dancing, and a family-style meal. Public classes and private bookings are available.
Each session includes a complimentary cocktail and a 45-minute hands-on pasta-making lesson that teaches two pasta shapes. The finished pasta gets integrated into a five-course farm-to-table menu prepared by a chef.
