The Lower Moreland Police Department announced today the arrest of William Green, 54, for failure to provide services for a home improvement project in Huntingdon Valley.

According to the report, a victim reported to Lower Moreland police on October 31, 2025, that they had hired a contractor in August 2025. The victim said the contractor provided an estimate, requested a deposit, and eventually failed to begin the project as scheduled. 

An arrest warrant was acquired for Green, and on April 21, 2026, he was taken into custody.
