Pittsburgh has set a new record, thanks to hosting the NFL Draft. During the three-day event, more than 800,000 people attended the NFL Draft held in downtown Pittsburgh. Sky 4, Pittsburgh’s only news chopper, had flown over the scene during the three-day sports event, capturing thousands lining up at the Draft Stage to see which players would be selected. (Video below) On the first day of the NFL Draft, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell announced that 320,000 people attended the first day of the draft in Pittsburgh.Detroit previously held the record, with more than 700,000 people over the course of three days.
