Four pop-up voter service events will be held over the next two weeks in Northampton County to help residents ahead of the primary election.
Residents can register to vote, apply for a mail-in ballot, and receive and complete a mail ballot. The voter registration deadline is May 4, so that can only be done during the first two events.
All mail ballots that are returned through the pop-up events will be handled the same way as standard mail-in ballots, and will not be opened or counted until the day of the election, the county said.
Here is the schedule of events:
• Northampton County Community College, second floor of the Student Life Zone, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday
• Lafayette College, Farinon Student Center, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday
• Upper Mount Bethel Township Municipal Building, 4-7 p.m. May 5
• Lower Saucon Township Municipal Building, 9 a.m. to noon May 8
