Police are searching for a man who fled during a traffic stop in Lackawanna County on Tuesday.
SCRANTON, Pa. — Police are searching for a man who fled after a traffic stop in Lackawanna County.
Officers conducted the traffic stop in Carbondale, where they found two men with guns.
The passenger fled the car and was taken into custody nearby. The driver then sped off, continuing onto the Casey Highway and eventually into Scranton, where he abandoned the car on Taylor Avenue in the city’s Hill section.
Authorities are still searching for the driver.
