LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — A Lackawanna County man could spend up to a decade behind bars for possessing child sexual abuse material.
According to the State Attorney General’s Office, investigators found hundreds of files containing child sex abuse material in Lucas Kelsey’s home in Moosic last March.
Kelsey pleaded guilty in October and was sentenced on Tuesday to five to ten years in prison as well as six years of probation.
