Erie City Council, at a special meeting on April 30, is expected to officially weigh in on Scott Enterprises‘ request for a zoning designation crucial to the company’s plans to construct a $32 million AC Marriott hotel on Erie’s east bayfront.
As that decision approaches, there appears to be no consensus on the seven-member panel.
