A local musician is accused of entering a gift shop in Covington Township, unzipping his pants and masturbating while watching a female employee work.
Clyde Rosencrance, 41, of local band Sleeplore and operator Republic Audio Studio, is charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, disorderly conduct and related offenses.
Police say he was caught on store security video.
According to the criminal complaint, officers responded to the Hallmark store in the ShopRite Shopping Plaza on Saturday for the report of a man acting inappropriately toward a female employee.
Officers spoke with an employee who said a male had been acting weird and staring at an employee. The male, later identified as Rosencrance, then left the store in his vehicle.
On Sunday, Manager Deborah Petty reported the incident was caught on surveillance video. On Monday, police met with Petty who assisted in identifying Rosencrance.
